So on this scorching day we set off for a Korean Folk Village. I took a TON of pictures but these are my favorite ones! We traveled about two hours from Korea University and came up on this....
Here is our group waiting to go in...
Entrance to the Folk Village.
Can't remember what these are but I remember how cool they looked!
This is just a pretty sight.
Traditional Folk Dancers.
Entrance to temple used for communal celebrations.
Inside temple.
Used to store grains, food, spices, etc.
These colorful ribbons were used to keep away negative energy and bad spirits from the community.
It was required that you take off your shoes before stepping inside one of these.
Energy source: running water. So beautiful.
Bridge that connected one side of the village from another.
